About Us

How We Work

We build custom inground gunite swimming pools. We have over 40 years of experience building custom gunite swimming pools and spas. Here at J Pools, we build top quality gunite pools as well as complete pool remodels, fencing, patios, and outdoor kitchens. We do every stage in house except for gunite and plaster. We will always have someone on the job site to talk with and ask questions.

We are Located in south Mississippi and serve from the Jackson area down to the coast.

Pricing

Standard package for a 82 perimeter Gunite pool is $59,900. Includes:

300 sq. ft. of cool deck (any additional cool deck will be $12 per ft.)
Irregular Flagstone or cantilever coping
6'' ceramic water line tile
Tanning ledge with 2 bubblers and umbrella anchor
Standard white or gray plaster
460 cartridge filter
2 HP pump
2 color changing LED lights
Electric Cleaner
Nature two Chlorinator
Price will increase by $2,800 for salt system

Custom package for an 86 perimeter gunite pool and spa is $73,500. Includes

This package comes with everything in standard package
18'' raised 6' diameter hot tub with 6 jets and a spill way flowing into pool
Tanning ledge
Standard white or grey plaster
Custom coping: old brick, or precast coping (travertine is available, but will add to the cost).
400,000 BTU heater
1.5 HP blower
6 jets
2 lights in pool, 1 light in spa (LED color changing lights)
