How We Work
We build custom inground gunite swimming pools. We have over 35 years of experience building custom gunite swimming pools and spas. Here at J Pools we build top quality gunite pools as well as complete pool remodels, fencing, patios, and outdoor kitchens. We will always have someone on the job site to talk with and ask questions.

We are Located in south Mississippi.
Pricing
Standard package for a 80 perimeter Gunite pool is $51,900. Includes:
- 3ft of decking around whole pool (cool deck)
- Old brick, Bullnose Brick, irregular Flagstone and cantilever coping
- 6'' ceramic water line tile
- Standard white or gray plaster
- 460 cartridge filter
- 2 HP pump
- 2–250-watt lights or one 500-watt light
- Electric Cleaner
- Rainbow auto chlorine feeder
- Price will increase by $1,950 for salt system
- Any additional decking will also increase the price (Cool deck-$12 per ft)
- For an idea, an 80-perimeter pool is a 15X25 rectangle.
Custom package for a 85 perimeter gunite pool and spa is $66,200. Includes:
- This package comes with everything in standard package
- 18'' raised 7' diameter hot tub with 6 jets and a spill way flowing into pool
- Standard white or grey plaster
- custom coping: old brick, or pre cast coping (travertine is available, but will add to the cost).
- 400,000 BTU heater
- 1.5 HP blower
- 6 jets
- 250 watt spa light
- Prices may vary depending on added features.
***If job is over 100 miles from our base there will be a travel charge.
